The Design Document [DevLog 2]

Hey everyone!

So it's been a week since we created this page, posted our first  devlogs, and all that jazz. But most importantly (at least for now), it's been a week since we began writing our Design Document! Although some of us (including myself) are a bit disheartened that we had to put our hype aside and go write a document instead of code, in the end I belive this will pay off. After all, unfocused and poorly planned/mismanaged games have been the bane of many a developer, and we don't want to fall into that pitfall.

Class-wise, we have to deliver this paper by the 23rd (Tuesday). That being said I can proudly state that we've been basically ready to deliver since two days ago! The document is done, all parts have been written, all that's left is for each of us to go over it once again to correct some gramatical mistakes or propose some minor changes.

During this week we also appointed our "Team Leader" - Daniel! It felt natural since he was the one who approached us with the idea and as such, is probably the best fit to represent the project and the team as a whole!

That's basically it for now. Not much "development" (in terms of implementation) has been made yet, at least by me, I know some of my colleagues have already been messing with code and creating some networking backbone, but you'll have to check out their posts to know more about it!

Bye bye people,

- Diogo Silva
