The Network Dilema


Hey, Daniel's back again! (Speaking of myself in third person is just strange, so let's get back to the normal way of talking ;-) ). This week I started to work on the concept document, and while doing it I really learned some important things, the major one being how to define a Player's Journey and split it in 4 different steps.

After this writing work, I jumped to the game itself and found out a pretty, well, sad thing: All my network functions were now not working at all, and can you guess why? Photon Pun was updated so all my network code needed to be readjusted. After this very "fun" time, everything was working so I started to make a simple waiting room for our players, changed the room code multiplayer dynamic to a random room approach, and "voilà". Seems that things are slowly falling into place. See you next week!
