Hi!

To begin this new adventure please allow me to introduce myself: my name is Martim Norte, I'm 22, and, like my teammates, I'm a student at Instituto Superior Técnico. But unlike them my background is Electrical and Computer Engineering. After 4 years studying that I decided I needed a change and to follow my lifelong interest in video games I enrolled in the MSc degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

I had never worked with them before but as soon as Diogo Silva and Daniel introduced me to their idea I immediately got excited about it and its potential. We then proceeded to develop the idea a bit further, discuss problems that could come up and ended up finding some nice solutions which we'll definitely talk about later.

From all our ideas for the game what I find more interesting is the 'Hunger Games'-like part of it, where the player is constantly in fear of being betrayed and killed but is also dependent on the others' help. I can already picture the eerie feel of the game where you walk around carefully aware of everyone around you, listening to their voices and analyzing all their actions and I can't wait to help bring that to life.

As I don't have a lot of experience in game development, I'm going into this project with the expectation to learn new skills and figure out where I can contribute better.
